Production Lead Times vs. Transit Duration

Shipping transit begins once production passes final QA inspection and steam pressing. Please distinguish between manufacturing lead time and transit time:

Industrial Export Packaging Standards

To eliminate transit moisture, abrasion, and handling damage during intercontinental freight, every consignment is packed using strict export protocols:

  • Individual Bagging: Garments and leather goods are folded into individual waterproof or custom-branded frosted zip-lock polybags with silica gel desiccant packs.
  • Inner Bundling: Products are grouped in dust-proof master bags separated by size and colorway to simplify distribution.
  • 7-Ply Heavy Corrugated Cartons: Heavyweight export cartons taped along all edges with reinforced fiberglass strapping bands.
  • Waterproof Pallet Shrink Wrap: Large shipments are palletized, corner-guarded, and stretch-wrapped against humidity and rain.
ARTICLE 3.0

Customs, Tariffs & Incoterms

International shipments depart directly from Pakistan under standard commercial terms:

  • Default Shipping Terms: Most express courier orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) or EXW / FOB for sea freight.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Customs tariffs, VAT, or local clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the consignee.
  • Commercial Documentation: Every shipment includes a signed Commercial Invoice, Detailed Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), and Air Waybill (AWB).
ARTICLE 4.0

Tracking, Signatures & Delivery Claims

Within 24 hours of package departure from our Sialkot facility, your tracking number (AWB) is issued directly via email and WhatsApp.

Delivery Inspection Notice: If a courier arrives with visibly crushed or opened cartons, endorse the driver's manifest as "Damaged/Opened Package" before signing, and notify our logistics desk within 48 hours with photographs.
